The first batch of delicious spinach and zesty radishes from the farm to the plate. Well, not quite the plate yet, but the parking lot. They went to the plate shortly thereafter, in the form of another wonderfully fresh salad on special.

Yum. We plucked this tasty little guy from the ground and sent it right to the restaurant to be transformed into slick batonettes tossed with really good olive oil and salt and pepper to accent a salad of fresh lettuce from the farm, Carpenter early hothouse tomatoes, pea pods from the farm, and early pea [...]

Here’s the count of plants we have at the farm. It is pretty darn impressive.
