I discovered Apalach oysters this year (I'd lived in Florida twice but never got up there...oh what wasted time!!!) and now I am addicted to them and live in Michigan! Bummer! But! If you are importing them I will be in 7th heaven! Unfortunately I see that the season is over for this year (I was making an un-ladylike pig of myself down there...at $4 a dozen I was going for broke!!) ...can't wait for the season to start up again when I will be on your doorstep!!
