i have 9 sets of s & p shakers i'm wanting to get rid of. my mother died in 1991 and i inherited them. think thier from 40,50,60's. thier not in great shape as i have seen nicer ones but thier not cracked nor glued back together. i had a pair of those and i tossed them. ihave cats, mice, tigers, rabbits, japanese couple in a car, and light bulbs. i put them on ebay and didn't even get any visits. not because thier ugly just cause there's no market for them. i'ld be more then happy to give them to someone and them pay the postage as i can't throw my deceased mother's things away.
i just googled and found you. if your not interested maybe you can point me in the right direction.
i can also email you picture's of them and you can deside from there.
i remember seeing something on tv of a small town that was going to have a building for visitors to pay and see thier collection. sorta like the ball of thread idea. maybe you can send me their info.
