		<description>Thanks for these links.  (For those of you - myself included- who can&#039;t read Greek, there are translations included if you link and scroll, respectively.)  Besides having a deeper flavor than a hard boiled egg, the Guevos Haminados end up a beautiful range of colors from the onion skins that you add to the water.  They&#039;re worth making!</description>
