Pit-smoked chicken simmered in its own stock with onions, celery and tomatoes. Puréed with a touch of cream and finished with Ig Vella soft jack cheese.

BIG PLATES
Crab Imperial Sandwich
Traditionally made with Smithfield ham at Sting-Ray’s Restaurant in Capeville, VA. Our version pairs Nancy Newsoms’ Kentucky country ham with rich crab imperial over traditionally made sourdough from Zingermans’ Bakehouse. This East Coast cousin of the Oregon hot crab sandwich is served with hand-cut, twice-cooked fries and Roadhouse slaw.
