Celebrate Chanukah at the Roadhouse with authentic, Old World flavors! Head Chef Bob Bennett has prepared a beautiful dinner menu based on recipes harvested from Rolando Beramendi’s new cookbook Autentico: Cooking Italian, the Authentic Way. Look forward to homemade farro soup, creamy ricotta dumplings, fragrant fish stew, and more. Each dish is prepared with Tentuta di Capezzana New Harvest Olive Oil, or Olio Nuovo. It was pressed just last week in Italy and flown in for Chanukah.
