Re-Heating Instructions

BBQ Beef, Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place meat in an oven-safe dish, add a 12 cup of water. Cover baking dish lightly with lid or aluminum foil and put in the oven until the meat simmers for 5 minutes. Usually 15 to 20 minutes total.

Roadhouse Ribs

Set an oven rack in the middle of the oven and set the dial to broil. Or, pre-heat your grill to med-high. Place meat side down on a baking sheet under the broiler or on the "cool" part of your grill. Cook for 2 minutes. Flip over and place barbecue sauce on the meat side of the rack and broil, or grill, for another 2 minutes. Check for doneness. Heat more, if necessary following the procedures above.

BBQ Sauces and Gravy

Heat on stove top over a medium flame until sauce simmers for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Macaroni and Cheese or Mashed Potatoes

Place Macaroni and Cheese or mashed potatoes in a heavy sauce pan, add 12 to 1 cup of milk and heat over a medium flame, stirring occasionally until it has simmered for 2 to 3 minutes.

Soft White Grits or Bacon-Braised Greens

Put in heavy sauce pan and heat over a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Roasted Vegetables

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place on a baking pan and cook for 8 to 12 minutes, or until slightly sizzling.

Ancho Beef Chuck Chili

Place in a pot that would fit the soup accordingly and on med-low heat on stovetop, heat gently while stirring constantly. Or place soup in a microwave-safe container and microwave for 1 minute. Stir the soup and place back in microwave for another minute.
