We love to host any personal or professional milestone that you’d like to mark with a celebration: weddings, graduations, birthday parties, business meetings, rehearsals, showers, cocktail receptions.

1. Do you have a set menu or can I make my own?
Our passion is Really Good American Food, and we serve traditional regional American fare including barbeque, really fresh fish, regional dishes from around the country, and lots of local meat and vegetables from our own Cornman Farms and other area farms. We believe that great food begins with better ingredients. Whether that means growing our own tomatoes, or managing a network of local farmers to raise pigs, cattle and lamb for our traditional barbecue, or searching across the country to find the most flavorful cider vinegar possible — those same principles hold fast when preparing food for a crowd.

Having personal contact with a nationally recognized chef means that the food served at your event can be tailored to fit your vision. We can offer a “tour” of your favorite Roadhouse dishes. Does your event have a specific theme? James Beard-nominated Chef Alex Young can prepare a menu that fits your style and tastes.
