Chef Bob has put together a delicious arrangement of house-cured capicola, slow-cured salami from Charlito’s Cocina, BBQ pork pâté, housemade sweet potato mustard, red walnuts, Kenny’s Farmhouse Kentucky Rose cheese, pickled zucchini, and balsamic roasted grapes. Served with housemade Cajun-spiced matzo, every bite your arrange from this plate will be the perfect one!


Santa Maria BBQ Plate
A new Texas BBQ plate is on our menu for the month of May! Come on by and savor smoked Niman Ranch tri-tip beef served with Rancho Gordo Pinquito beans, tomato salsa, toasted Bakehouse white bread, and local mixed greens.
Trout Meuniere
A classic dish that allows us to feature delicate rainbow trout from Eagle Creek, but also a delicious savory sauce made with Vermont Creamery cultured brown butter and capers.
