Nothing says summer like real Texas BBQ! Make sure to come by this month for Niman Ranch pasture-raised beef brisket rubbed with salt and Tellicherry black pepper, smoked over oak for 8 hours, a housemade East Texas hot link, and baked Camellia pinto beans!

Looking for a light and delicious summer salad? Come by and our favorite for this month, made with summer squash tossed with roasted peppers and local arugula in a sherry vinaigrette. We serve it over a smear of red pepper purée and garnish it with barrel-aged feta cheese, for a bounty of flavors!
