Butternut Squash & Red Walnut Mac
Cozy decadence is how we would describe a bowl of this creamy goodness! Warm your belly with creamy Swiss Chalet cheese melted into our artisanal Mancini maccheroni pasta, roasted chunks of local butternut squash, and spiced red walnuts. It’s one of our favorite vegetarian specials that is sure bring spoonfuls of comfort to anyone.
Butternut Squash & Feta Salad
One of our favorite Chanukah specials for this year’s celebration is this bountiful salad of Tantré Farm roasted squash with barrel-aged Greek feta cheese and local spinach, tossed with Enzo New Harvest Olive Oil from California and a sweet red pepper spread. This beautiful dish will be on the lunch and dinner menus all month, as well as for our Chanukah menu!
Cal-Fiorentina Steak
There is a reason we keep bringing this dish back for Chanukah every year. Not only is it delicious, but the vibrant, peppery New Harvest Olive Oil we bring in from Enzo is significant to this high holiday celebration. According to Zingerman’s Co-Founder Ari Weinzweig, “This dish is definitely on its way to becoming a great December tradition at the Roadhouse—the Chanukah miracle is actually tied to the arrival of new harvest olive oil (think about it—waiting for more “holy oil” for the Temple? What was given to the priests in every culture was always the first fruits of a harvest.” Join us for dinner throughout the month or for your Chanukah celebration to enjoy this incredible special while we have it!
