Eat Good, Do Good: A Roadhouse Earth Day Feast

A graphic of a farm field with a large sun shining over it.

With Two Track Acres & ZeroWaste.Org

Wednesday, April 22nd 6:30pm | $95

The Roadhouse loves Earth Day—so we are throwing a special dinner to celebrate our commitment to our community and to the planet! For this sustainable soirée, get ready to waste not and taste lots as we welcome two very special guests—Two Track Acres from Grass Lake, and ZeroWaste.Org from Ann Arbor.

This dinner is a one-night-only event, but our dedication to sustainability is a daily deal—you might say we celebrate Earth Day every day. One of our favorite ways to do so is to minimize waste, so we couldn’t be more excited to welcome Ann Arbor’s ZeroWaste.Org for this event! ZeroWaste will talk to us about the very important work they do in our community to make a difference with environmental impact, and we are excited to hear about what we can all do more of in our everyday lives! But that’s not all…proceeds from this event will support ZeroWaste and their efforts in our community!

We will also savor an unforgettable meal showcasing the best of locally grown ingredients from some of our favorite land stewards, including Two Track Acres in Grass Lake! Two Track grows incredible mushrooms and vegetables that have made a decidedly delicious difference with our daily offerings. The menu for this dinner offers a selection of full-flavored dishes featuring the best of our local food community, including mushrooms from Two Track, green tomatoes from We the People Opportunity Farm, radishes from Dogstar Farm, and more!

You won’t want to miss this special evening filled with good food, great folks, and a whole lotta love for the land. Come help us celebrate and make a difference for our planet!
