The Roadhouse welcomes you to gather for a new and exclusive mingling event for New Year‘s Eve! Join us on December 31st from 7:30pm to 10pm to savor the best flavors of the year with a festive spread of some of our favorite dishes. We anticipate that this event will be the highlight of your evening as you enjoy a delicious and welcoming dinner with loved ones, yet you will still have plenty of time to reach your final destination for 2023.

Chef Bob will be cooking up a buffet feast just for you. Rich Roasted Duck Gumbo, thick slices of Porchetini, grilled Maitake Steaks and more will be offered at this one of a kind dinner. Every ticket includes a toast with Michigan-made L. Mawby sparkling wine, and there is also an option to order a wine pairing package for your dinner. Bar Manager Felipe Diaz has carefully selected vintages from our all-American wine list to highlight each course. The evening will begin with mingling over appetizers and cocktails, and then all will be invited to tuck in to an unforgettable meal as Ari and Chef Bob share their best wishes for a new year.

Amuse

Black Eyed Peas
Carlson-Arbogast Farms blackeyed peas, braised with vegetables and greens. 

 

Appetizers

Wedge Salad (V)
With pickled red onions, fried field peas, and roasted red pepper dressing. 

Roasted Squash (V)
With spiced feta and flatbread.

Fried Oysters
With fried saltines and remoulade.

 

Entrées and Sides

Roasted Duck Gumbo
Local duck and okra gumbo with Andouille sausage. Served with Carolina Gold rice and garnished with crispy duck skin.

Porchetini
Local pork tenderloin wrapped in fennel sausage with a pork rind crust. Served with roasted pork jus.

Grilled Maitake Steak (V)
With mâitre d’hôtel butter. 

Roasted Local Carrots (V)
With Za’atar spice.

Cornbread (V)
With cultured butter.

Zingerman’s Bakehouse Champagne Cupcakes
