Texas BBQ Plate

Nothing says summer like real Texas BBQ! Make sure to come by this month for pasture-raised, dry-aged beef short ribs smoked for 4 hours, a housemade Texas hot link, and Rancho Gordo Pinquito beans!

A classic Southern favorite that allows us to feature delicate rainbow trout from Eagle Creek coated in Anson Mills’ heirloom cornmeal and pan-fried, alongside their scrumptious Jimmy Red grits!

If you plan on bringing your own dessert, we do charge a dessert fee of $5.00 per person. For private parties, contact our Events Team.
