We are extremely excited to indulge in a cuisine sparring match at this Spaghetti Western event, with Rolando Baramendi, a longtime partner of the ZCoB. The Roadhouse has created a showdown of a menu using Rustichella d’Abruzzo spaghetti and Rolando’s favorite authentic, Italian ingredients from his company, Manicaretti Imports. Not only can you enjoy these items on the special dinner menu, but we will hear stories from Rolando about how he uses them in his cookbook, Autentico. The cookbook and several of the featured ingredients will be available for purchase at this event.
