It’s time to talk turkey! Here at the Roadhouse, we completely understand how busy the holidays can get—and we are here to help! So tuck that box of stuffing back on the shelf, let the other folks at the store snag the last of the frozen birds, and grab your phone. We’ve made it so easy for you! Just order online for pick-up, then come on by at your designated time. The Roadies will bring everything to you while you wait in your warm car. Then all you have to do is reheat at home! We even provide the instructions.
To make it even easier on you, we have EVERYTHING you need for your family feast ready for pick-up. In addition to the turkeys, the sides, and all the desserts, we also have breakfast pastries and discounted bottles of wine!

Before pit-smoking, we rub each turkey with our exclusive Spicy Coffee Spice Rub, an earthy, intense mix of Roadhouse Joe coffee, Urfa pepper, ground clove, and Tellicherry black pepper.

Slow-cooked in the oven with loads of fresh herbs, olive oil, and a touch of garlic.
