Gulf shrimp sautéed in Worcestershire sauce, garlic, lemon, fresh herbs and butter. Served with grilled sourdough bread and garnished with scallions.
Fried Okra $7
Fresh okra lightly dusted and fried. Served with Creole remoulade.
Red Beans and Rice $25
Camellia red beans, simmered with applewood-smoked bacon, vegetables and spices. Served over Carolina Gold rice and garnished with scallions.
Seafood Gumbo $28
Shrimp, oysters, and pit chicken cooked with okra and vegetables in a rich shrimp stock. Served with Carolina Gold rice and garnished with filé powder.
Paul Prudhomme’s Blackened Redfish $24
Acadian redfish, dipped in clarified butter then blackened. Served with Anson Mills’ grits and bacon-braised greens. In honor of American celebrity chef, Paul Prudhomme, who specialized in NOLA cuisine.
NOLA Sundae $10
Zingerman’s Creamery vanilla gelato, beignets, and whipped cream, drizzled with Poirier’s Cane syrup.
