This event will feature dishes from the forthcoming new book, Bacon, penned by Zingerman’s co-founder and food writer, Ari Weinzweig. Ari will lead you through the process of putting this book together and share a few unique recipes – you’ll be the first to try them!
Also featured at this brunch will be a guided bacon tasting!
Do I need reservations, or is the event first come, first serve? Also, is the brunch buffet-style?
Reservations are required. You can call the Roadhouse at 663.FOOD (3663) and talk to a host who will sign you up. We look forward to having you! And, there will be vegetarian option available, just let us know when you make your reservation! The menu is also plated, which means that it will be a sit-down meal. No buffet. But, you can look forward to a bacon tasting with Ari! Informative, flavorful and fun! (What more could you want!)
